Hidden Quad
Like in the ‘Hidden Triple’ technique, you need to spot some hidden candidates, but four this time
- Have a look at this example
- There are only four cells that contain the numbers 3, 4, 7, and 8
- If so, this means any other numbers can’t be found in these cells and can be eliminated
- A Hidden Quad can also be found in a column or a row
